Paper Title
Spectral Domain Modeling for Accurate Synthesis of Speech and its Efficient Transmission/Reception using Anuduino
Abstract
With the advent of Internet-of-Things and the expanding research in the area of Human-Computer Interaction,
both accurate speech synthesis and its reliable wireless communication play a major role. This work incorporates the spectral
domain modeling for reliable speech synthesis. The synthesized speech is communicated to a receiver in the form of Infrared
signals, using ‘Anuduino’ microcontroller board, which is a low-cost equivalent of ‘Arduino’. Hence cheap
transmission/reception of speech is achieved. For efficient transmission, the speech is coded using CELP. The main reason
for choosing CELP is its low bit rate and cheap complexity.
