Paper Title
A Reassembled Approach based Solution for Time-Delayed Systems

Abstract
The paper deals with the problem of estimating the state of a linear discrete-time systems with instantaneous and multiple time-delayed measurements. This problem could be of interest in sensor network applications in which the measurements collected by different sensors arrive at the fusion center at different time instants. A simplified approach to the problem is presented in this paper by reassembling the measurements which leads to a reassembled innovation sequence. To evaluate the performance of the rearranged based estimator, its results are with the results of traditional augmentation approach. From the results, it is observed that the reassembled approach based estimator is more efficient and also it lacks the dimensionality problem associated with the system augmentation approach. Keywords - Kalman Filter, Delayed Measurements, Reassembled Approach.
