A Summary on Sentiment Analysis

Abstract
People have always been influenced and affected by the opinions and ideas of others. In the decision-making process, these opinions are always considered first. These decisions range from buying a product such as a smart phone to making investments to choosing a school—all decisions that affect various aspects of our daily life. Before buying a product or a service, opinions from various sources are known and a decision is made. The explosion of internet has given people to gather sources of opinions from various sites. These opinions have a sentiment value that can be positive, negative or neutral. Such gathering of opinions from various sites on net and classifying their sentiment is Sentiment Analysis or Opinion Mining.
