Design and Implementation of Fuzzy-Controller for Data-Fusion in Autonomous Vehicles

Abstract
With the increasing demand in the efficiency and safety of logistics and transportation in today’s world, autonomous vehicle meet these demands competently. This has caused research to be directed towards the development in building such vehicles. Various technologies have been proposed in the recent past to maximize the reliability of such vehicles. Yet there is a small gap of uncertainty which is to be bridged. The goal of autonomous mobile robotics is to build physical systems that can move purposefully and without human intervention in any environment. Such vehicles are expected to bring a variety of benefits. Two such anticipated advantages are said to be increased road network capacity and the freeing up of driver’s occupant’s time to engage in their choice of leisure or economically-productive (non-driving) tasks.
