Human Right Violations in India

Abstract
Human right violations in India: A descriptive study based on political, social and cultural aspects. India is the most democratic country of the world. But, unfortunately, that India is facing many issues and problems including human right violations in various parts of India. Many minority groups such like Muslims, dalit and other backward communities were oppressing without any consideration of human. The present study focuses on the overview of human right violation especially in political and social cultural fields of Indian society. It also explains its background history and people’s responses. This research also reveals how the authorities oppress and ignore such violations. This study provides a brief sketch on various human rights organizations in India which work for well-being of human society.
