Dynamic Pricing Intelligence Approach in E-Commerce Market using KNN

Abstract
The E-commerce has transfigured the Indian business market. According to IBEF reports Indian e-commerce is expected to grow to US$ 200 billion by 2026 from US$ 38.5 billion[11].This shift in the dynamics makes it perilous for business space to stay at the edge with the changing pulse in the market. The proposed system aims to develop a SaaS service which compares the price, in stock availability and discount offers with it’s e-commerce competitors. The system aims to provide the analysis of selected desired category of product using KNN algorithm by comparing the same product in the market sold by its primary competitors to its similar primary audience. This automated system helps in reducing the computational efforts required at the client side by using a crawler for E-commerce websites developed using Scrapy framework. In this paper, a complete investigation of a system about improving the efficiency in making business decisions in a dynamic environment is depicted.
