Impact of Employer Branding on Employees’ Satisfaction in Pharmaceutical Industry
Abstract
In this era, where the perception towards employment is changing, people expect human experience from an employer. Employees are the most key asset of Global organizations. To attract and retain the right talent is the continuous process of winning the employees.All organisations are in race to prove their organisation to be best for customers and best fro employees to associate with.This Employer Branding process leads to higher attraction rate and retention of the talented employees. The research has been undertaken to understand what employees’ expectations from employers. 424 participants (424 employees) have been taken as sample of the study. The data is collected with the help of structured questionnaire and is analysed using Smart PLS.
