Energy Efficient Clustering Protocol for Congestion Free Access in WSN

Abstract
This paper contributes in terms of novel cluster based protocol for wireless sensor network (WSN). The protocol is designed on selecting nodes based on their energy levels as cluster heads and along with that, delay in communication is optimized to save the energy consumption, alienate congestion. The energy efficiency is seen better when compared to other protocols in terms of number of nodes alive and number of nodes dead.
