Paper Title
Conceptual Analysis of the North- South Divide and TWAIL in the Context of Climate Change and Environment

Abstract
This study examines the unequal power that the global north wields over the global south in arguments about environmental issues, particularly climate change. International law favours nation-states in the Global North over those in the Global South, according to Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL) literature. There is need for rethinking of strong policy in this context with the changing geopolitics of climate and sustainable development. This paper provides for a thorough examination of what TWAIL signifies and what its consequences are in the future scope of the study.
