Paper Title
A Novel Method to Optimize Travel in times of Pandemic Situations Similar to COVID

Abstract
On 31 December 2019 in Wuhan, China, was the date when the first record of a mysterious outbreak was made. The numbers rose at such an alarming rate that many places were completely quarantined to contain the further spread of this deadly virus[1]. Soon the cases of Coronavirus were recorded outside Wuhan, and it was spreading in other countries as well. In no time, the number of cases in almost all the majorly populated countries started to rise. The number of infected, the number of active cases, and the number of Deaths kept increasing exponentially. This was soon declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern on 30 January 2020 and a pandemic on 11 March 2020. In such situations, travel is a significant concern as the spread is inevitable. This research is to propose an optimum path to travel from one place to another depending on several factors like the number of active cases, number of vaccinated people, number of deaths, etc. Keywords - Covid-19, Travel Routes, Optimization Techniques, Threat Index, Damage Index, Safest Route
