A Study on the Impact of Digital Marketing on Consumer’s Perception

Abstract
The article discusses the impact of digital marketing on the evolution of modern entrepreneurship, as well as the main tasks in the formation of the business structure. The advent of the Internet and then social media reignited the predictions of rising consumer power in the digital age leading up to the turn of the century.The people in the market are surprised by the rapid development of new interactive media, such as on-line services and the World Wide Web. Currently, much of the related research focuses more on the customer than the firm. This study uses the firm's perspective to enhance the understanding of digital marketing and the use of social media, as well as its benefits and inhibitors. The second generation of Internet applications enhances marketing efforts by allowing firms to introduce innovative forms of communication and create content with their customers. Firms' participation in digital marketing can be divided according to the perceived effectiveness and uses of digital marketing. To improve involvement with digital marketing, marketers need to focus to build the relationship and interactions with their customers.
