Paper Title
A Survey on Smart Interaction

Abstract
Gesture recognition has emerged as one of the most important human-computer interaction techniques (HCI). This field attracts a large number of researchers. The history of hand gesture recognition is first explored in this paper, followed by a list of technical challenges. Then we'll look at the meaning of a hand gesture and explain how it works. In this paper, the approaches to hand gesture recognition, such as vision-based, glove-based, and depth-based, are briefly compared. However, the first two approaches are too simplistic and unnatural. Right now, the most famous research path is the latest finger identification and hand gesture recognition technique using Kinect depth data. Finally, we explore the implementation potential of Kinect-based hand gesture recognition. Keywords - Face recognition, Gesture recognition, Hand Gestures, Human Computer Interaction (HCI)
