Paper Title
Effect of ICT Integration with Inquiry Training Model on Problem Solving Ability

Abstract
The current study presents the effectiveness of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Integration with Inquiry Training Model (ITM) on problem solving ability in physics at 9th class level. This study is of experimental design and three modes of instruction are employed- Conventional Teaching method, Inquiry Training Model and ICT integration with ITM. The sample comprises of 459 students of 9th class. It was observed that there exists significant difference in the different modes of instruction viz-a-viz Conventional Teaching Method (CTM), Inquiry Training Model (ITM) and ICT Integration with ITM (ICT & ITM) on the gain scores of Problem Solving Ability in physics. Findings revealed that students taught through ICT integration with ITM approach exhibit higher problem solving ability in comparison to that of other two modes of instruction. It also indicated that there exists no significant difference in the interaction effect of modes of instruction and gender on the gain scores of Problem Solving Ability in Physics.
