Analysis of Bi-Directional Quadratic Buck-Boost Converter Using Fuzzy Logic and Neural Network Controller
Abstract
With rapid increase in energy demand, role of Power Electronics Converters is vital in power flow from Generation to Distribution connecting different Bus voltage and Energy Storage Device. A Quadratic Bi-Directional Buck-Boost Converter for Distribution Generation system has been presented in this paper. The converter provides charging and discharging considering high voltage gain ratio with less ripple. To authenticate the feasibility of proposed converter, Fuzzy Logic and Neural Network scheme has been implemented to stabilize the output voltage at load side. The converter has been designed and analyzed in MATLAB/SIMULINK.
