Policies and Laws Promoting the Rights of People (or Individuals) with Disabilities

Abstract
The objective of the article is to understand the policies and laws safeguarding the rights of people with disabilities.Under policies, we have discussedbenefits. Various social legislation and acts have been inculcated that are essential forpromoting the rights of people. Specification and schemes for people with a disability have also been discussed. The topic is highly relevant for future policy-makingandthis study will help more to explore and formulate the initiative specifically for the population with disability. This can be achieved by aiding the Policy makers and Government to identify the potential areas ofimprovements, modifications, and implementationfor the betterment of Persons with Disability.
