Paper Title
Industrial Internet of Things–The Next Industrial Revolution for Real Time Production Monitoring

Abstract
The biggest challenges faced by manufacturing industries are to improve plant efficiency, reduce wastage of material, increasing ROI. Manufacturers have to reduce time-consuming activities, workers hard tasks, cut down on waste production, and utilize the tools by reducing breakage. Systems for enterprise resource planning (ERP) can make all of them possible, thus facilitating manufacturers to reach highest productivity. The concept Industry 4.0 is for the fourth industrial revolution which restores substantial production towards cyber-physical production conditions along IoT and independent intelligence. It strengthens the operation function against different product development to logistics by supplying real-time production flow visibility. Real-time monitoring is essential as Industry 4.0 revolutionizes the entire production process and it is possible to collect data among all relevant points. To observe the state of the machine and operation procedure is not easy in the large scale manufacturing sectors. This paper introduces a sensor-based condition monitoring system which will be deployed on CNC machine. A centralized server and database are integrated to Industry 4.0 IIOT hardware. The machine tool tracking system gives information about the machines real-time routine by knowing real-time activities, instantaneous action can be taken to increase the machine functionality. Implementing a machine monitoring solution raises the machines' capacity for future decision-making. Keywords - IIOT, Industry 4.0, CNC Machine, Enterprise Resource Planning, Real-Time
