Effective Business Management process with Better Disciplinary Mechanism –An analytical study

Abstract
One of the most important factors for ensuring in every workplace whether its public sector company or private own industries to run smoothly and for production of high economic output maintenance of discipline in working environment is sine qua non. A person is motivated to follow rules, regulations, and procedures by discipline in order to accomplish a goal. Industrial discipline is the orderly performance of an industrial undertaking's workforce in accordance with predetermined rules, regulations, and norms.The Disciplinary Process is a process that the Indian labour laws have established to address issues connected to employee’s violation of norms termed as commission of misconduct. But even provisions relevant laws have been created for it, there are no clear rules, which created employers want to initiate disciplinary action on their whims and sometimes it leads to manipulate their workforce and engage in victimisation and unfair labour practises. Indian labour laws containing disciplinary measures are not free from flaws. Despite its flaws, the disciplinary procedure has to resolve many discipline-related problems and also need to try to preserve the dignity of the workplace and the relationships between the employer and employee. The article highlights different aspect industrial discipline and socio legal challenges with recommendations to overcome obstacle in maintaining better working capital.
