Paper Title
Design of Low Noise Amplifier for 5G Wireless Smartphone Devices

Abstract
When it comes to communication systems and future technologies, Low Noise amplifiers are crucial as they are in the front-end unit of a transceiver and receiver’s input signal which is relatively very weak. An LNA is an electronic amplifier that boosts very weak signals and supplies voltage levels suitable for the next unit of the transceiver. The received weak signal could be increased without adding extra unwanted noise or system distortion by adding an LNA to the antennas. These LNAs ought to be made with higher efficiency, lower power consumption, better linearity, and higher gain in mind. There are numerous LNAs available to support the 2-2.4 GHz frequency range, but very few also support the 3.5 GHz frequency range. More bandwidth and frequency are required for the development of 5G wireless communication so that a large number of devices can be served extremely effectively. Our goal is to designan LNA that satisfies the 5G requirementsusing the 130nm CMOS technology. The design implements proper matching at the input and output with the two capacitors and inductors which minimized the design. The gain, noise figure, and IIP3 achieved are 18.3dB, 4.2dB, and -56.5 dB respectively. Keywords- Low Noise Amplifier, Noise Figure, Gain, Bandwidth.
