Abstract
Abstract - In Academic scenario it shall be very difficult for evaluate performance while scheming academic routine. It shall be excruciatingly hard to benchmark the activities performed by the Faculty member or Teacher as separated from its mass, for quality of research and other Stochastic analysis is to be made by the Academic HODs and Deans use for judging faculty members, efficiency in accountability and research is a much manageable criteria than training for effectiveness. As part of the internal audit and motivate the teaching members or Faculty group, student assessments, and alumni recommendations have particularly been feeble stems. One can do post-mortem by evaluating good teaching will always suggest the challenges faced by Academician. During academic scenario, actual addition of researches and education shall be evident along with the improvement of interdisciplinary methods towards education. The Deans and HODs shall be able to carry out this exercise to give significant rewards for effort that has been carried out by the individuals and mark of integrated education and study each year. Based on the performances and the activities both internal and University Academic Audit among the group benefit or struggle necessary for various programs and courses.
This is an attempt to understand the performance of higher education, though UGC, AICTE, National Education Policy 2020 (NEP-2020), trying to evaluate process care has to be taken to do it effectively and unbiased manner.
