Abstract
Abstract - Digital transformation provides a sustainable roadmap for embracing challenges in higher education. It is all about implementing cloud computing, Internet of Things-IoT, big data, blockchain, artificial intelligence-AI and machine learning-ML. The process of Digital transformation can be had by both means Qualtitative alongwith qualitative means. The approach of digital marketing is an innovative approach to deliver services inspite of changing technology, competition, audience needs and behavior. Some of the features are digitally skilled workforce, decisions taken with the help of digital tools.In the era of impaired decisions and competition the importance of the higher education is moving from uncertainty to certainty. The decisions taken with the help of decision tools i.e AI/ML that is based on that information. That will be the sustainable development in the higher education. and we may say it is the proactive decision. Many businesses make decisions depending upon the data and with the availability of the data both the raw data in the appearance of internal data and external data the businesses make intelligent decisions. and this is facilitated by artificial intelligence. We may use data science tools and use it in analytical work. We may consider higher education also a one sort of business industry and where we will use the as far as enrollments, admissions, attendance and other academic activities are concerned and it may use in a number of ways and we will make the better use of the data keeping in mind data han in data. We have to come to the point the future success of higher education depends upon the intelligent decision taken with the help of data science keeping in mind that data is the facilitator with which we give value to the processor in higher education. and all the transformation is facilitated by the data itself. The sea change in higher education is facilitated by the digital transformation. In digital transformation data plays a major role in taking the intelligent decisions vis-à-vis higher education.
