Holacracy – A Radical Trend in Flat Management

Abstract
In Holacracy, instead of operating top-down, power is distributed throughout the organization. This empower individuals and teams to have freedom while staying aligned to the mission of the business. This concept has recently been accepted & implemented in some organizations globally. Article attempts to investigate what is holacracy and how it can be made to work in ever changing business environment. A study on overview of holacracy is performed to assess what could be learned from this practice to make business more agile and able to benefit more.
